Tact Keyboard is under active development. Features, designs, compatibility, prices, availability, and policies may change before or after public release.

Your Responsibility

Tact is a keyboard and typing tool. You are responsible for what you type, paste, submit, save, or delete while using it. Review sensitive output before sending it, especially in terminals, password fields, one-time-code fields, financial forms, and production systems.

If you choose to save OTP sources, saved passwords, custom backgrounds, local dictionary entries, emoji recents, or other local settings, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for removing local app data when you no longer want it stored.

Sensitive Features

Some features require Android permissions or system capabilities, including input method access, accessibility service access, screen capture, camera, microphone, clipboard access, and local storage. These features are optional where Android allows them, but disabling them may make some parts of the app unavailable.

Paid Features

If Tact offers paid app downloads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases through Google Play, those purchases will also be governed by Google Play's payment, refund, and account terms. Prices and availability may change.

No Warranty

Tact is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tact Tools disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and data preservation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tact Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credentials, lost access, business interruption, or losses caused by commands, messages, forms, passwords, OTP codes, or clipboard content that you submit while using the app.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how Tact handles app data, local storage, permissions, and network access.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, except where another law is required to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms as Tact changes. If the changes are material, we will update the effective date.
